We should keep in mind that this Superpower or God exists and principal on which world it is based has 3 characteristics

- 2) HE is aware of all things happening around us.
- 3) He is strongest of all.
Considering all these characteristics of HIM we can say that whatever we can see & feel, including living or nonliving, are the expressions of HIM. In short, God is residing in everybody and in everything.
Our body is like a machine which runs on an excellent respiratory system & Neuron System. These systems help our body to work properly & relentlessly.
Every machine around us requires proper maintenance to run it properly for a long time without break-down. We take proper care, by oiling, greasing & watering it when & where it required. Also, not overloading it.
The same thing is with our body. If we use it properly it will work properly and will last long. Breathing is most essential & also most neglected process in our body. The way a newly born babies breaths is the proper way of breathing. But as the years pass & we grow-up we forget to breathe properly. If we start breathing properly 90% of our problems will be solved
Role Of Brahmavidya!
Brahmavidya thinks that every human being is potentially divine. He has all the power within him which required to overcome his difficulties and problems. Brahmavidya gives definite methods by which a person can overcome all of his physical and mental problems and lead a healthier, more successful and happier life.
Brahmavidya is a Science of Life teaches human beings the spiritual laws of life. These Spiritual laws operate in human life through Breath and Thought. We cannot think of life without Breath or Thought. Hence, Brahmavidya teaches emphasize on Breath and Thought, which are the basic elements of life.
This System of Practice originated in India, then migrated to Tibet and has now come back to India from Tibet.
Though we are using Breath and Thought right from our birth no one has ever taught us the correct way of Breathing or Thinking. You will be surprised to know that the average person sees only 10% of his lungs capacity. Brahmavidya teaches a

- b) Meditation techniques, which improve thinking process. The Breathing Exercises purify the body and Meditation purifies the mind.
It is a system, which helps to remove the root cause of illness and promote health. This practice also improves the mental outlook of the person and makes him more positive, cheerful, optimistic and confident. Due to better physical and mental health, a person can do his daily work more efficiently. This can make him more successful at his job, his business or his profession.
Our brain is made up of billions of cells called neurons, which use electricity to communicate with each other. The combination of millions of neurons sending signals at the same time produces a lot amount of electrical activity in the brain. This electrical exercise repeats itself in a definite frequency like in waves. This can be compared with frequencies of radio. Just as there are different channels operating at different frequencies similarly our mind works differently at different frequencies. The frequency of these waves is measured in Hertz. We all have five different brain frequencies like Gamma, Beta, Alpha, Theta and Delta.
In spiritual language, these are termed as states of mind. In spiritual terms mind works through brain. Mind or consciousness can be sub-divided in four stages, Beta, Theta, Alpha and Delta. The person with wish can experience all these states consciously during the practice of meditation. As one develops alertness and relaxation in the practice of meditation, he can approach the deeper states of mind and thereby enters in an experience beyond the mind. In this fourth state of mind, a person achieves self-realization. As this state is beyond mind nothing can be said about it and it can only be experienced. This is the ultimate stage of meditation. By consciously experiencing different stages of mind we can master our body and mind. This way we can lead a healthy and successful life.
The great Master who brought this science to us exposed this secret and explains in great detail how and why Brahmavidya makes us look and feel young, how it cures our illness and where lies the secret to last long.
Whether modern science is able to find an answer for the aging process is unimportant to us in Brahmavidya. We are already in possession of a practical method to eliminate old age and express youth continuously. So let us renew our faith! Let us believe in intelligence, which has created it! Only such firm belief can save us from this illusion called – OLD AGE.

Time One Has To Devote
A person has to give a minimum of 20 minutes for Breathing Exercises in the morning and 20 minutes for Meditation at night. The methods are simple yet very effective. Any person above the age of 18 years can learn and practice without any difficulty.
My personal experience
I realized the scientific analysis of the relationship of body and mind, breathing and thoughts made me very happy and at ease. During the whole curriculum, the actual relation between God and human was unraveled to me. I am God in human form. I feel that if each one practices Brahmavidya, will be happy on physical, mental level and spiritual level as well. One should strive hard to attain the right living, right speech and to reach the right ecstasy.
Being inspired by my teachers and with determination, I began the practice with complete faith. Having studied one lesson per week for 22 weeks, all could see a distinct change in me. While practicing breathing exercises, initially I used to feel tired, but later I began feeling very exited and happy. My physical weight settled at 54 kilos and I was tireless even after doing a lot of work.
I am highly obliged to Brahmavidya, my teachers and my son and daughter-in-law for having guided me to learning this great science. I strongly feel that I should promote this to all.
